Annie Robinson began to research the work of Peabody & Stearns in 1997.  Her M.A. thesis at Tufts University, “The Resort Architecture of Peabody & Stearns in Newport, Rhode Island and Northeast Harbor, Maine, became the basis of her book.

“Peabody & Stearns: Country Houses and Seaside Cottages” was published by W.W. Norton & Co. in the Spring of 2010.

Annie currently lives in Brunswick Maine with her husband and three dogs.
